Natasha's Healthy Meals Part 2


Hi all! Here are the foods that I usually cook and eat for myself everyday:


Breakfast (Top Left): Soya protein granola with unsweetened almond milk.

Lunch (Top Right): Salad spinach, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers with olive oil and salmon fillet (with peppers and mixed herbs on the top)

Dinner (Bottom Left): Homemade Pad Thai rice noodles with edamame beans, spinach and onions and salmon fillet.

Snack (Bottom Right): Fruit smoothie with mixed berries, linseeds, plain yoghurt (lactose free) and unsweetened almond milk.
