NKH FITNESS POLICY AND PROCEDURES
NKH Fitness understands that you care how information about you is used and we appreciate your trust in us to do carefully and professionally. This policy describes the personal information/details, circumstances in which we share the information and the steps that we take to protect your privacy and personal details on our excel database. By visiting NKH Fitness, you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in this organisation. Our procedures are very important that you understand the awareness of the Health & Safety and the rules of the venue where we hold our classes.

Any personal information provided to or gathered by NKH Fitness is controlled by our organisation whose office located at our address.
2. What Personal Details about participants does NKH Fitness assemble?
The information we assemble from our participants help us improve your experience at NKH Fitness. This personal information may include: name, email address, contact information, and date of birth. We also create information that becomes part of the personal information on our excel database to keep their personal information safe.
Contacting us via website or when you use our site (www.nkhfitness.co.uk) or contacting us by email, telephone, post, SMS or WhatsApp we collect, store and use certain personal information that you disclose to us. These include:

We store electronic, physical and procedures in connection with the collection of disclosure of personal identifications information. Our security procedure means that we may request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.

Our website may include links to other websites. We do not provide any personal identification to these advertisers or third parties. We do not have access to control over cookies or other features that may use, ads and the personalised advertising content that are not covered by this Policy. 7. I don’t want to receive emails, what should I do?
Please note that if you do not wish to receive our updates from us, please unsubscribe from your mail list. Please note that you will be unable to use Bookwhen to book your classes if you do not provide us with a valid email address.
8. Are children allowed in your classes?
Children are now allowed in class however; parents/carers must keep an eye on them and ensure they do not interrupt during sessions. Our DBS is checked on our business records. Teenagers and children aged between 5 and 17 can attend with a parent or a carer.

If you have any issues about NKH Fitness, please email us a thorough clear description and we will try to resolve this issue for you.
Our website terms & conditions, policies may change. You should check our website constantly to see recent updates. Our current Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your details.

Fire Exits: There are fire exits at the venues that we currently hold our classes. In the event of a fire or other emergency, alarms will sound throughout the facility. Do not run while the alarm occurs and we will leave the building via the nearest Fire Exit. Fire alarms and extinguishers are located conspicuously throughout the venue.
Food and drink: We do not provide food and drink to the classes unless it is for parties, birthdays and anniversaries. Participants are not allowed to bring any soft drinks, alcohol and beverages to the class except a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
Injuries: If an injury occurs during the classes, please let us know immediately to assist with First Aid and to document an incident. The emergency phones and mobile phones may be also used.
Lost and Found: For any lost or found items, please contact Karen Als on 07966 733 779.
Filming and Photography: This is a strict policy as we advised our participants not to record or take photographs during classes due to copyright claims. We will be taking photos and videos of the class for promotional purposes and advertising only. If you feel that you do not want to be filmed or photographed to promote, please let us know before we commence our classes.
Smoking: We do not allow participants to smoke during classes, which is prohibited in all facilities in the venue. Anything such as drugs, alcohol, cigarettes and tobacco are prohibited also in class.
Mobile Phones: Mobile phones must be on silent or vibrate to prevent disruption of a class; you cannot use your phone during classes or exercising. Please be considerate to keep your phone on mute or switched off.

Please be respectful towards other participants, instructors and guest in our positive environment to keep our classes going smoothly and professionally. Fail to apply these conditions will result suspension and termination of one’s details on our database.
