As the official EMDUK has stated the updates about the COVID-19 pandemic, we have put together a quick references and guidelines for our outdoor exercises. All guidelines are very clear that any meetings must take place outdoors and social distancing must be maintained at all times. As always, we recommend that you follow Government (GOV UK) website for full details and our COVID-19 updates on our website.
There are many important guidelines and rules to consider before attending outdoor sessions:

  • We can now run outdoor classes for up to 30 people, including us.

  • At this time, we should continue running our classes online or in parks within maximum group sizes for that home nation, whilst maintaining social distance at 2m away from each other from September 2020.

  • As of 25th July 2020, we won’t be using the dance studio/halls to teach indoors, as it is still unsafe.

  • You must maintain 2m social distancing guidelines at all times.

  • Music will be played at a suitable volume.

  • Please make sure to follow social distancing guidance and good hand hygiene is being practiced.

  • The outdoor space cannot be larger than 30 people.

  • Please make sure you bring your face masks and protective gloves with you at all times before you arrive and leaving the session.

  • Please follow Government guidelines on GOV UK website at all times.

  • We are checking with our EMDUK insurer for further updates and we are covered to teach outdoors.

  • Please bring your own sanitisers (hand gel) to use immediately before and after session.

  • If you feel ill, please self-isolate at home within 10 days. Please do not attend to our outdoor sessions if you have these symptoms: dry constant cough, high temperature, shortness of breath and a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste.

  • Online booking (Gymcatch, Stripe) must be booked in advance. Cash/card via Sum Up are not accepted.

  • You must complete the Health Questionnaire/waiver on Gymcatch.

  • Equipment for outdoor session is not needed.

  • Be extra vigilant.

23rd March 2020

In the light of the unfortunate situation concerning the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we have made a decision (as of Monday 16th March 2020) to suspend all our indoor classes until further notice.

We are assessing the situation by using government advice and the most up to date information. Because of this, we may ask you to take some special measures to be safe. These measures are being taken to the limit to the potential spread of the virus as we have to protect our clients, ourselves, our families, friends, elderly, have underlying health problems or are pregnant.

We are planning to set up our own online workout through Zoom Video Communication software, adding pre-recorded home workout on-demand here ( to provide our online fitness sessions and keeping touch with our clients. We are doing our best.

We will keep you updated on our social media regarding any changes to this arrangement.

We would like to thank you all for your support and coming to our indoor community classes.

Watch this space. Stay safe everyone!

See you all next time!
