How to Make a Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

1. blackberries (fresh or frozen)

2. bananas (or other fruits of your choice)

3. plain yoghurt

4. coconut milk or water

5. A blender or a nutribullet blender


Method


Chop the bananas and place them onto the nutribullet blender and add blackberries on top of the bananas. Add the plain yoghurt, about 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt on top of the blackberries. Pour the coconut milk or water and 1/2 of pint (not too full as it might be to watery).


And then turn the nutribullet on to blend the ingredients. Make sure that the smoothie is smooth (not too thick nor too thin).


Pour the blackberry smoothie onto the glass or cups to serve.
