Natasha Hinds - Founder of NKH Fitness, Fitness Instructor & Visual Artist
1. I'm of Jamaican, Barbadian and Costa Rican descentđŻđ˛đ§đ§đ¨đˇ
2. I'm originally from Harringay, North London UK and raised by a single mum
3. I'm a qualified Level 2 Exercise To Music Instructor - studied at @hfe and have taught at the gyms, dance studios and community centres
4. I worked two part-time jobs in retail.
5. I've been running a business and working at NKH Fitness for 3 1/2 years.

7. My hobbies are Djing, listening to music, watching science fiction films, jogging and playing videogames
8. I'm a big fan of anime and manga
9. My biggest achievements - achieved three trophies at the Streetz Ahead street dance show between 2001-2004đ Walked 13 miles for Shine Walk for Cancer Research at night. And presenting in front of hundreds of people to overcome my social anxiety for Balance - Girls Night Out event.

Karen Als - Co-Founder of NKH Fitness, Manager and Instructor
1. My mum is Jamaican and my dad is BarbadianđŻđ˛đ§đ§
2. I used to work at John Lewis Bridal and dresses department (still one of the favourite job I ever had!!)
3. I was raised in Wood Green, North London.
4. I love shoes, handbags or anything glittery and sparklingđ đ
5. Biggest achievement - having my daughter Natasha completing Shine Walk, Couch 2 5K, running without stopping and building an NKH Fitness community and family.6. I have been working as a Team Manager for years (too long lol)
7. I have been a Tropic Skincare Ambassador since July 2016 and proud to be a part of the fastest beauty company in the UK. I have a one team member.đ°đ
8. Having fallen into Mummy manager with our NKH Fitness community but I will get back to instructing in 2020 on a project I am working on.
