Healthy Food Part.5

Hi all! I hope all is well!

Here is my latest meal ideas below:


Lunch: Mozzarella cheese, big beef tomatoes, spinach, rocket salad and cherry tomatoes on the side. You can have it with quinoa, chicken, salmon or just on its own in that photo. This is a great ideal for lunch.




Dinner: Linguine pasta, red peppers, peas, chestnut mushrooms, spring onions, pesto sauce mixed together in a pan. I hope you all have this for dinner or lunch another day.
