In this today's blog, we are going to talk about burpees. Burpees is a popular whole-body bodyweight exercise. A brilliant way to increase your endurance, stamina and great for your core too. We may not like burpees nor some people do not like them. However, there is a way to do it as a low impact option.
In this video, this is a example of the low modification of a burpees. Watch the video if you need to check again.
We suggest you start with a low impact option if you are a beginner or if you need to do a low impact. How to do a slow burpees:
Begin in a squat with both hands on the floor directly underneath your shoulders.
You can begin a standing position; raise your arms in a standing position, place your both hands on the floor.
Step back to a high plank, one foot at a time, keeping your core engaged and your hips level.
Return to a squat one foot at a time (or standing position) and repeat.
Tip: If slow burpees doesn't work for you, then do squats or squat holds instead.
Let us know how you get on!
