Have You Not Been To Our Classes For A While?
Hello everyone! We hope all is well.
This is a message for the clients who have not been to our classes in the last 6-12 months.
You came, you saw, and you enjoyed it
🤷🏼♀️You got out of the habit and feel awkward coming back after a break 😰 You got out of the habit of feel like you won't be fit enough anymore 😳 Felt like you stuck out because of your coordination ⏰ You can't find the time to fit it in
Go on, admit it, it's one of those right? We know this because we asked some of you.
So here's what we are going to tell you:
We don't judge, we loved that you tried our classes and had fun. If you stopped coming for whatever reason, that's fine! BUT, if you want to return then we will be ONLY thrilled to dance and workout with you again! 💃
Worried you won't be fit enough?
Don't be. Yes it's not a great feeling knowing your going to have to restart working out after break. A break now and then is absolutely ok, just DON'T put it off forever! And remember in our classes you go at YOUR own level and we focus on FUN and enjoyment, the fitness just happens to be an amazing bonus 😜
Don't worry if you go the wrong way! We are your guide, we will demonstrate the correct technique, but there are no wrong moves, we call them freestyles and we 💓freestyles. AND the more you use your coordination the better it becomes.
We get it. We all have so much to do and so little time, but a 1 hour class can leave you feeling more energised, less stressed, and if you regularly exercise the investment in your health and body is priceless.
