• 15 minutes of cardio warm-up
• Standing Abs and lower body exercise
• 30 minutes of MSE (Muscular Strength & Endurance) exercise on the floor using mats followed by a cool down
• High & Low impacts included
• Can be taught with club-lighting or without one.
• Tone your lower body
• Bottle of water
• Exercise mats (please bring your own if you have one)
• Cushion (optional - to support your knees or other areas of your body)
