Lockdown Update: According to our UK government, I cannot use the dance studios and the community centres from 4th July 2020. Looking back at these previous indoor photos of the classes, I admit that i really miss you all face-to-face and you've had been amazing clients. And this is a lot different now...teaching online pre-record sessions and running weekly live sessions.
I really love what I do so, I am thankful that anyone who have been supporting me and have my back. I will have to continue online teaching for a time being. I will keep you all posted on what's coming next!

In the light of the unfortunate situation concerning the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we have made a decision (as of Monday 16th March 2020) to suspend all our indoor classes until further notice.
We are assessing the situation by using government advice and the most up to date information. Because of this, we may ask you to take some special measures to be safe. These measures are being taken to the limit to the potential spread of the virus as we have to protect our clients, ourselves, our families, friends, elderly, have underlying health problems or are pregnant.
We are planning to set up our own online workout through Zoom Video Communication software, adding pre-recorded home workout videos and live streaming here (http://www.nkhfitness.co.uk/home-workouts) to provide our online fitness sessions and keeping touch with our clients. We will do our best.
We will keep you updated on our social media regarding any changes to this arrangement.

cover your cough with a tissue or your arm, then throw the tissue in a bin.
avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
