Healthy Meals Part.4

Hi all,

It has been a while since the last time I have updated my healthy balanced meals. I have decided to do one meal per each blog update. Here is my latest meal ideas to eat for dinner or lunch.

2 x smoked salmon, spinach, black & green olives with quinoa rice mixed together and pesto sauce.

Alternatively, you can choose either chicken or prawns.

I think this is the one of my favourite meal and it is good for nourishing my body and my well-being.

Hint: You can find spinach and other recipes from Lidl or Aldi and these are affordable.
